This is a very cool looking adjustable stem. I needed to change the original stem off of my Lectric Xpress 750 because it was terribly short and put me in an uncomfortable riding position.Changing the stem is very easy even if you've never done it before, just pay attention to how you remove the old one and put it back on in reverse.It's a really cool piece and adjusts from straight up and down to 90 degrees and everything in between. The arm is quite long so make sure you try to determine how much length you want to add. Its perfect for what I was trying to accomplish.So why 4 stars? Well I write very few 5 star reviews. If something is 5 stars it means it's perfect in every way. I took 1 star away because when everything is installed and tightened there is some play in the arms because they are two individual pieces instead of one solid, which would have made more sense. Why would you need the arms to move independently when attached to handlebars. The movement is minimal but it is undoubtedly there. For my uses, riding mostly on roadway and gravel paths it's no big deal. However, I would think twice before I installed it on a mountain bike or something where strict rigidity is necessary.With all that said I'm happy with it and would buy it again.

Happy with the quality. My wife wanted a more upright position and voila.Wouldn't recommend it for anything other than casual cycling. It is strong but not aggressive mountain biking or hard hill climbs etc.

i have yet to find an ebike that actually makes a confortable set up, this thing helped raise the bars to a confortable pos so i wasnt constantly hunched over. def a game changer.
