The order didn't come with all the parts. The spoon was different than whats shown and the tea mat was missing

The mug came with a Plain ugly spoon and not a cute kitty paw spoon as advertised, also the kitty coaster did not come with it. Very disappointed in this product.

This mug is so beautiful and perfect I like to have it on my desk at all times. This doesn't deserve people giving it 1 star just because it arrives broken. Just ask for a replacement or a refund. Stop being a Karen.

The image is misleading. It shows both a mug and a coaster with measurements but the coaster doesn't come with it. It is also measleading because the product doesn't come with the spoon that has a paw on top. It only has a regular spoon. They should probably update the images with what you will actually get. Other than this the cups and topper are okay.

The hot water from making a coffee caused a crack to form, and when getting it ready for the return the entire bottom fell off and smashed even further making a refund highly unlikely. not really for hot drinks?

This does not come with the coaster and the spoon does not have a paw on it, its just a basic cheap dessert spoon. Mug feels quite cheap, like you can literally get better quality for £2 at a local store.Buy it as a gimmick, but be aware that it does not contain the items it advertises

This mug was a gift. I had to check it as the package was very beaten up, luckily it came with everything and the mug wasn't broken but unfortunately it doesn't seem too sturdy, and was very dirty inside. I'm very disappointed as the packaging was very bad. But I'll easily be able to repackage it.
