Thought it is a great quality and good value for the money, but I have thick hair and I would say they have a medium hold not a strong hold. I wear in the back to hold up fly aways and it works great for that.

I like the size of the clips especially it holds my thin hairWhat I don't like is the color patch separates from the metal. I spend alot of time supergluing them in place.
