This was really good initially for bed, but after a few hours, it retains the heat and is no longer cooling.

Pillow pad stayed cold a lot longer than the bed pad, but both still worth trying.Value for money and good delivery time.

The large size of the main item is great for putting on your bed to sleep. Due to its large size it is quite heavy to move if you have a weakness in your arms, but it does its job well. Handy to have the little pillow size as well. Helped with my headache by putting it under my head on a day when it wasn't particularly warm. I've even used it to cool a red hot rash on my leg.

It didn't even stay cool waste of money.

So it says ‘for pets’ on the box of the mat, having said that it is nice and cool and the person I got it for is very happy with it.Good quality, cool right out the box even though it had been in our parcel room all day. Would definitely recommend.
