I ordered this set of gel packs and sleeve hoping it would provide some relief when I had a migraine. These gel packs were thicker than many I’ve used, so they stayed cold longer. The sleeve worked beautifully to hold the ice pack on my forehead.Unfortunately, both packs burst at a seam within a week of one another about 6 months after my purchase. I continued to used the sleeve with other ice packs. I contacted Amazon, but too much time had elapsed since purchase for a return/refund.I saw an add for these on Facebook this week saying to message for a 25% off code. The person who sent the code asked me how the product had worked for me. I explained my problem, and the company representative apologized and said they had improved the durability of their gel packs. The person then sent me 2 replacement sets for the original and told me to contact customer service if I had anymore problems. I am very impressed with their customer service, and I will order from them again!

We use these exclusively as therapeutic compresses. For this purpose, the Cureve packs are perfect. The exterior material is comfortable, they get REALLY cold and stay cold for about an hour (when used in 10-minute rotations). They freeze solid again in about 2-3 hours.There were some leakage issues with the previous model, but the manufacturer upgraded the design to include a second seal. This seems to have done the trick for us. We use them multiple times a day and — after three months of heavy use — they seem to be quite durable.

Our current small ice packs were same size but softer, more pliable. Perhaps because they were older, well used. These are very good, but definitely more solid, less flexible - until they are out a bit. But since ice is on 15-20" then off, wish they were a bit softer initially. However they are good. Our previous packs came w covers also. One with a 12" strap w velcro to secure it back on the pack cover. The cover with these packs has a longer strap (24"?) w velcro end for securing. We doubled round the strap for our use on lower leg and foot. Like our older packs a little better, but would recommend these.

I really like the cover it comes with when you use it the small holes help the cold or hot feel great on our soar neck or any body part that is is pain. So glad I got this and it comes with two so you always have one ready when you need it.

These are great! I have lower back pain/discomfort and hip that gets jacked up sometimes when I work out. I use one of these packs as a cold compress and use the other to heat up in the microwave. What I like most is the same product can be used for hot and cold. They are well built and seem very solid and durable. The cases for the packs work great too; strong Velcro that allows me to wrap it on different body parts/ in different positions. Tonight I grabbed a beer, sat in my chair and used the cold and then the warm compress while watching the NBA finals game 6. Great product, just what I need for my back.
