PS Wood Zero Clearance Table Inserts #2 for Band Saw

These inserts do not fit the 10" Delta band saw as advertised. The outer diameter is about 1/16" too small so the inserts do not fit securely in the table and instead rattle around in the table opening. Additionally the inserts are also too thin and sit about 1/16" below the surface of the table.

This product advertises that it will work with Delta 10" bandsaws. I have a delta 10" bandsaw model 28-195. I purchased these inserts however they are not the right size. The overall diameter is correct, but the lip profile that allows the insert to "seat" is too small and prevents the insert from fitting.Perhaps Delta has made other models of 10" band saws that work with this product. It does not work with the 28-195 10" band saw.

DId not fit our Powermatic 143 (made 1973) at all. This insert has a uniform lip 1/8 wide and .070 thick. The cutout that defines the lip on ours is a circle shifted toward the front of the saw, Also, the lip at .070 is too thin for the 1/8 deep insert pocket. Don't believe there is any difference in the table of a 143 as compared to a Powermatic 141 of same vintage.

The saw blade insert didn't fit the delta saws I have (I have 3 delta saws) even though our model was listedI tried to contact the supplier but been 10 days anf haven't recieved a response frome them

I own a Grizzly 16" bandsaw and had the same problem as the other reviewer.The lip is not wide enough therefore the insert will not seat.

Does not fit as listed.... 16" Grizzly BandSaw Give me refund!!!!
