Am a LMT and this caught my eye for myself and probably will use to some of my client. it look really good but my only concern is i am short and my head to shoulder is not standard for a regular height. because it hurt when i first used it. i have no pain to begin with but start having to feel discomfort. i ask my husband to check if am correctly align and properly on top of it. And he said himself that my head is tilted more down than back. i wish it comes a little small then it will be perfect. i let my husband try this and he loved it. he said it was perfect for him the height and comfort. Also the knob around the cervical area is a little painful for me, making it hard to be relax and be comfortable while laying on top of it.

This is going to be great for long car rides where someone needs to sleep. It works well for it's purpose but it is a little stiffer then I'd like it to be. It's built very well. I believe it will last a long time from how it looks right now. I'd recommend someone to buy it. My daughter hopefully will try it to help with her TMJ.

I suffer from extreme Cervical neck pain as a result of degenerated disks in my neck and have tried numerous traction devices/neck collars. I get more pain relief from this than anything else, used in conjunction with a heating pad, which adds both the softness and warmth that I need. It was much firmer than expected, but gets the job done and you can always add layers in between if it’s too hard for you. Highly recommended amd excellent value. (*NOTE: this was not an incentivized review. I am sharing this only to hopefully help others in pain.)

This device is simple to use and I found it to be very effective in easing my neck and shoulder pain.

Forces your chin to your chest; essentially the opposite of what it’s supposed to do. Pins & needles in hands.

Smells horrible. Can't even use it.
