The knife are very sharp and cut very well but remember to buy a steel board with it because if you use plastic or wood it will cut through them and these particles might enter into food. Otherwise sturdiness,ease of use,functionality,grip and use are very good.Need to be careful of your hands when using the product. I cut my hand quite a few times so keep the bandaids ready.

First 2 days the knife performed very well and surprised us with the smoothness with which it was cutting and chopping vegetables and fruits. but later it lost the smoothness and now it is like any other knife.But yes if it's kept very delicately in kitchen and used then it may give long performance. But for me for daily use not recommended

It's an investment to have such knife in you arsenal.Best knife I've ever used in my life. Completely surprised me. Slices tomato like its nothing. Very very sharp knife. Please use with caution.I was considering to buy victorinix kitchen knife which is very expensive but compared to this I would say just go for this one since it is cheaper. Also it's made in India so that's a plus point.
