The shorter knife i used for trimming the fat cap. It's sharp and worked wonderfully. Once it was done, I used the large knife for slicing. Really performs well!!

He absolutely loves these knives. He no longer struggles with the tools he has to make it work. These have been a game changer for him. They're super sharp. Great quality. Good size. Light weight. Easy to hold. We was them in the dishwasher on the very top top little slide out rack. 10 out of 10z

Both knives work fantastic, clean cuts through the meats I have prepped (Trimming and boning knife) and cooked (slicing knife). Well worth the price and better than some of the more expensive one's I've used in the past.

Very nice set for occasional use for the weekend BBQ person. Fast delivery, well packaged and as described. Two items were not really overly sharp and disappeared that there was not a real cover for the blades but a light cardboard coves.

The knives themselves are great but they are advertised as coming with a “protective sheath”. This sheath is nothing more than a piece of paper. It does not protect the knives (or more importantly your hands and fingers). For $35 I would expect an actual plastic guard similar to other knife sets.

This knife set is perfect for the smoker in your life!!! Got It for my husband this Christmas and It cut the fat off our ribs and brisket like It was going through butter. Totally Worth the money!!!
