Just it’s not good for my job, and now the seller is blocking the return with restrictions like original box, when the important is return the item complete including all parts,. For me it mean waste my money, because I’ll not use the chair never,,.

I am thin but these chairs were very uncomfortable - not deep at all. I can’t imagine that people actually liked these and thought they were comfortable. Then they charge for return shipping and restock fee plus all the hassle of taking apart - reboxing - print label - tape - drive to carrier. UGH. Next time - go somewhere where you can actually try them out. On a positive note - super easy to install, impossible to take apart.

After having this for less than two months, my chair now won’t stay on the lowest level and will lift up automatically by itself. Really a pain because it lifts up my desk too when it does. Pretty bummed because it was working fine before. I’m guessing there’s something faulty with the pneumatic cylinder because a brand new chair shouldn’t be doing this. I looked it up and was basically told I need a new cylinder. Not very happy.

I wright a whopping 135 lbs and as soon as I sat on it the wheels broke. That's cute.

My friend saw this chair and told me about it. He knew I was looking for a chair for my vanity. & oh my I love how it looked. I am a bigger girl so I was a Lil concerned about the sturdiness of it but once I put it together(which was fast and easy) I say down and it holds me just fine.
