I have used this product for years because of the effectiveness, it really gives me a energy boost

I love this stuff! I leave a packet of it next to my alarm clock, then when my alarm goes off in the morning, I drink the packet, press the snooze button a few times, and the caffeine kicks in within 10 or 15 minutes. I'm soooo not a morning person, but this makes it easier to get out of bed. Also a quick and effective energy boost at any time of day, and I keep one in my purse for this purpose.I don't know about the benefits or effects of ginseng, but there's 155mg of caffeine in one of these packets. The average cup of coffee has 95mg.Every variety and flavor of this brand that I've tried tastes pretty bad, in my opinion, but I can't think of any other liquid caffeine shot that tastes any better. It's kind of thick, and super-sweet. Artificial-sugar sweet, which I usually can't stand. I think my brain has come to associate the taste with the positive effects though, so now I somehow enjoy and savor the flavor. I even sip it instead of gulping it, these days.Anyway, I'm sure it's an unnatural way to get caffeine, and it would be healthier to just drink tea or coffee, but this stuff is just so darn easy and convenient.
