Its looks good and design is beautiful and as it comes from Godrej we can trust quality too. Installation is free of the cost and to get that you have to call Godrej customer care and then they will schedule installer to visit your House to fix this. It is free of cost from Godrej side but sometime person who visit he will insist some extra money

Godrej Lock not working properly
Purchased Godrej 6089 Key Deadbolt Lock on 17.07.2023 Amazon and got installed by Godrej Technician. Lock is unable to open with key outside and inside it opens only after applying too much pressure and me senior citizen and ladies facing great difficulty. On contacting Customer care for rectification, demanding site visit charges even though lock is hardly 3 months old. Godrej needs get it attended on priority free of charge and also apologize for demanding visiting charge when product is less than one year old.
