Q: Can this be used on milia successfully

If you mean baby facial milia, I think the company, your pediatrician and I all agree to a hard NO! My pediatrician told me don't touch it or try to pop them because THAT will scar their skin. And don't overclean either. As the mom of 2 who both had that, I left it alone and they've had great skin, even through the hormonal teenage years. One of each, a boy in highschool and a girl in college. Usage as an adult, older adult is fine. Here you're talking about flakes from your skin that gets trapped, can't get out so just sit waiting to be rescued by Mighty Patch! You can barely see these tiny circles on your skin. Great Product!!

They work!

They are literally a saving grace when I can feel a huge spot brewing. Even just to dry out blind pimples, they work!Unfortunately I am left with pigmentation but better than the alternative!
