These work well when combined with an aquaclear powerhead. I set up an equaled 50 powerless to help aerate a 55gal aquarium. I added the filter attachment as an added bonus to augment the Marineland 360 filter that I'm running in an overstocked tank. Truly helps with cutting down the solid waste.

So far so good! Easy to use and working well for me. I like that you get so many in a package and they're affordable.

Seems like a pretty good deal to me. I still have 3 or 4 of the old black plastic filter holders that connect to powerheads, and these are the filter sleeves that I've always used in them. Still my first choice.

My last filter was doing overtime and was fast running out of life, now with new filter in !y tank my fishes are as happy as ever and that makes me happy.

I use these with my Aquaclear power heads mostly after water changes. They polish the water and quickly get rid of fine particles in the water. If you ran they constantly I would change every 2-3 weeks.
