The first perfect bluetooth amp/receiver that I've found
I've tried 5 bluetooth receivers/amps in the last few years. This is the only one that works perfectly. It connects to all my devices, no interruptions, no weird static without input, no hissing added to music, no buzzing, just pure music. This is absolute bliss, thank you!

Ideal cheap hidden audio amp
I'm an audiophile and I will say there are far better amps built on this chip that I would recommend for a desktop system for more critical listening. On the other hand for many use cases such as background music from cieling speakers or my use a hidden audio system in a classic this is a great value. In my case I used this in a 1967 Austin Healey, for that use case it is perfect. Was able to replace the ugly 80's cassette player with a blanking plate and hide this tiny unit under the dash. Because of the small and tiny speakers I could fit in there I don't expect to listen to music much but it is ideal for podcasts and talk radio on xm frommy phone. Considering this is around 20 bucks it's a great option. Only negative are that included pigtail for power has laughable small gauge wire and the ring terminals are very small.

There's a lag, and goes into sleep when there's no sound playing
I love the product. One thing to note is that at least in my case, there's a lag in the connection. I turn on the music on my computer, it takes 1-2 seconds for me to hear the sound, that means I am already 1-2 seconds into the song. Also, the unit seems to go to sleep when there's silence. For example, I was listening to an interview, and there was a good pause between the speakers, and then the unit seemed to have to reconnect, interrupting that experience. The sound does not transmit on X.com videos but works fine with other apps on the computer like Spotify and YouTube. Interesting...

Easy to configure, package and control
This small amplifier module is very convenient to package and connect. Both electrically and via BT.Music is clear and representative depending on speakers used but very easy to setup and enjoy quickly. Great value for automotive and rv applications.

Not reccomended without sub
Bought wanting the option to add a sub later. Have full-range polks. Might be wrong, but to my ears there is some low-pass filtering below ~120hz. I get far less bass in comparison to other recievers (e.g. onkyo TR608). Sound is decent otherwise, especially for the price. As others have said, tons of gain, using with my preamp is overkill.

Inexpensive way to repurpose old speakers
I had a cheap subwoofer and some small speakers from an old, cheap "home theater" dvd player that I couldn't repair. This unit got things back up and running inexpensively, and it's more versatile than the DVD player with its slow mode switch aux input, because it can connect to any Bluetooth or cabled sound source. It is a little flaky when trying to get it to connect to a different phone on BT, and usually has to be unplugged from power supply and replugged in to reset stuff inside (not just a simple power down with vol control). But for me, that isn't enough to take off a star.

Perfect for DIY Bluetooth speaker
Don't waste your time with the simple, stereo unit available, I purchased one of these some time ago, and was pleased. However —This 2.1 ( stereo + subwoofer) sounds MUCH better. So many ways to adjust your audio to soothe your ear holes. Will function with less than 12 volts, but I wouldn't recommend it, the more power you supply, the more you get out. 12 volt yeilds great sound with little distortion or clipping.I've yet to test with the 30 volts it's capable of.I plan to try the 5.1 for my next project.GREAT PRODUCT
