Clenzoil Field & Range Foaming Aerosol

I need to preface this review with one big fact...I really do not like CLPs! The only reason I purchased Clenzoil was because several people recommended it and I wanted to shut them up. My experiences with CLP were in a combat environment in both desert and jungle operations and to say they underperformed is an understatement. Rust, carbon buildup, binding, and the ability to attract every bit of sand and crap in the area were normal and it sucked! So along comes (but it has been here all the time wtf?!) Clenzoil and DANG! I am totally impressed. As a SF operator everybody and their mother wants you to try their product with claims that it will do everything but put your weapon back together. I have tried everything from horrible Break-free to M Pro 7 and everything in-between. They all have their purpose and some of them even work but Clenzoil does it all. I can either bench or field strip and get the job done well and quickly. It stripped away the carbon better than my M pro or solvent, it didn't leave an oil puddle, and not a spot of rust ( I live outside of Seattle) In fact, it seems to "soak in" to the metal and ends up feeling almost like a dry lubricant....but it's not. Clearly I am no scientist and google can explain it better than I can but there is something about how it is engineered that makes it work like that. It doesn't attract dust and grime like Rem oil. What more i there to say about it? I can think of a few times where I wish I had this in my pack. I would recommend it to my brothers who need a product they can count on and to the everyday shooter who doesn't like to spend hours cleaning their gear. I am proud to know that they are Veteran owned and donate to the Paralyzed Veteran of America....so they don't suck as a company either.

This cleaner works amazing and it doesn't require much elbow grease to clean your firearm but the odor is STONG when using it. I almost felt like I should have had on a face mask. I suggest you clean outdoors if you can because my garage wasn't enough space to let it breath but it was raining outside so I didn't have a choice.

Solved an immediate field problem. My 870 would not eject and load a shell; sticky. Went back to the truck, sprayed CPL Cleaner couple times, and the problem went away.

First rate product that is easy to apply. Great gift idea for friends.
