I am on my third spray bottle now! All you need to do is spray it 5-6 times near the roots (not directly on your scalp) and run your fingers to distribute the product through the length of your hair. I mainly focus on my crown area because that's where I want the most volume to be. For best results, you can blow dry for a bit after applying this volumizer.For me, this product works as good as many high-end brands that I have tried (Eg. Kevin Murphy)
