Sturdy, Spacious, and Easy to Move!
This garment rack has been an absolute game-changer for my laundry and storage needs! The stainless steel frame feels incredibly sturdy, and it’s obvious that this rack is built to handle a lot. I regularly hang heavy winter coats and suits on it, and it shows no signs of bending or weakening. The extendable feature is super convenient—I love that it can go from 47 to 77 inches depending on how much I need to hang. The height is also adjustable, making it versatile for different types of clothing. One of the standout features is how easy it is to move around. The 4 casters glide smoothly, even when the rack is fully loaded with clothes. I can easily roll it between rooms or out to the patio when I want to air-dry my laundry outside. The included tool gloves were a thoughtful touch, making setup quick and hassle-free, and the 10 hooks are perfect for hanging extra items like hats or bags. For something that’s commercial grade, this rack is incredibly practical for home use. It’s heavy-duty yet easy to move and adjust. If you need a reliable and spacious solution for drying, organizing, or storing clothes, this is it. I highly recommend it! Worth every penny.

Absolute garbage
I give very few 1 star reviews. I would have given this a zero if I could have. The rack came without the "feet" that sit under the bottom rod; this meant that I had to use the casters, which are lightweight, super-cheap plastic. The rack also came without the "regular" wrench shown in the pictures; this meant that I had to tighten the parts using just the included allen wrench, which wasn't so easy in some of the tighter parts of the item. To say that the metal parts were poorly machined and misaligned is an understatement. It was difficult to get some of the tubes into the angled connectors because the metal along the rims was jagged. This meant that when you tighten the assembly, you do not get a good "seal" of the connector against the rod. I tried tightening the clamps to the point of making a slight indent in the rod in the hopes that this would keep the assembly together (turns out the customer who must have ordered the item and returned it before I got it had the same idea, because I noticed a similar indent along one of the rods). I am not handy and I expected a product that was cleanly made and easier to put together, but if the item had worked for the intended purpose, I would have settled for the poor construction and would not be writing this review.I extended the upper bar so that a portion of the rod extended past the upright bars on both sides, but did not extend to full length because I did not want the assembly to cave in in the middle when I put clothes on.I then hung 4 women's pantsuits, 6 blazers, and 10 blouses and went on to other things, leaving the assembled rack in the middle of the room. When I returned the upright bars looked as if they were no longer parallel to each other and not quite vertical (as if they were twisting at the connectors at the base of the assembly). I tried to nudge the upright bars back to vertical and slooooowly wheel the rack (across a flat, un-carpeted floor) close to a wall in the hopes of bracing it against a wall. The whole assembly twisted at one of the clamps at the base and landed in a heap of twisted metal on the floor, clothes and all.Don't waste your money. Buy something else.

easy to assemble and sturdy
It’s quite easy to assemble with clear instructions (can even assemble without it). It holds quite a lot of cloths and easy to move around. It’s also light and not super heavy. I like it so far.

This product is not good
There is everything to not like about this product. It is poorly built and designed. This product comes with wheels so it can be moved around. Problem is, the holes for the wheels on one side of this product were to large, the wheels would not stay in. It can't be moved, wheels fall out of their assigned holes. when it is loaded, the brackets from the base to the ends that rise up to the hanger portion just bent over. When put together, I have a product that is not level, no wheels on one end and it is leaning against the wall to keep it from falling over. The worst product I have ever purchased from Amazon. Beware

Not heavy duty
This thing actually broke. I don’t mean “fell apart” either. I mean, the poles snapped in half with just a few dresses on it

Satisfied, not thrilled but not seething either
Let's talk about what this rack is and isn't... It is NOT Heavy Duty, contrary to what the listing title says, if you're expecting a Z-rack, or something along those lines, this ain't it! I would consider this to be light duty. If you are thinking of using this in a retail setting, I would keep looking, I really don't think it would hold up well just using it to receive merchandise and then wheel it out to your sales floor. It is CHEAP, so I guess you are getting what you pay for. I would say it would be good to use for a yard sale or keep for some additional storage of clothing. The whole thing weighs less than 7 pounds so that could be a plus, or a minus depending on what you wanted it for. I saw a lot of reviews complaining that it's very difficult to assemble and that it collapsed while wheeling it to the other room. I would say that was operator error with the assembly. I thought it went together fairly easily and I was able to get everything tight. Someone said the wheels fell off, that's because they put the plastic piece in upside down. People said the holes don't line up, I think they were tightening some of the bolts before putting them all in and then tightening. I ordered two of these, both were open boxes, one was fine, the other was missing some of the hardware. Since it was stuff that I can replace, I may just do that, I wasn't able to reach the seller to see if they could just send me the missing pieces.
