Easy to work with, lightweight adhesive foam insulation. Properties, especially sound deadening, seem good. Prepare surfaces and remove as much residue before applying. In warm weather, the material does lose adhesion when fitting, curved surfaces being more of a problem. This can be rectified to a certain point with foil tape along the seems. Used this to cover wheel arches as I wanted thermal insulation and sound deadening (finishing off with carpet and ABS liners, so finish was not a high priority in this area), but would recommend adhesive sound deadening mat if carpeting only. With effort, pieces can be slid/coaxed into difficult to reach spaces. High-temp adhesive spray glue might help in uneven areas. Finished by insulating all cavities with sheeps wool. Used van in freezing temperatures and very pleased with results. Overall, pleased with product.
