I purchased this 7.5 tog duvet as my existing 4.5 tog duvet was not warm enough for Autumn.I was shocked at how small and light the parcel was when I received it. It was packed in plain plastic bags with no branding on and there was also no label on the duvet, just a piece of paper with the size and supposed tog rating written on.The duvet was so thin, much thinner than my 4.5 tog duvet.Half the stitched channels had not been sewn so the thin filling was just loose inside the cover and there was a huge long thread hanging down from the duvet, so obviously a half finished factory reject item.I did use the duvet overnight as had no alternative but I went straight to the local supermarket in the morning to buy a replacement duvet as it was no warmer than the 4.5 tog duvet it was supposed to replace.The cheap own brand duvet from the supermarket looks and feels luxurious compared to the rubbish received from 'Lovetosleep'.

I did not receive the Joysleep brand named in the listing by the seller but instead was sent a duvet by Sleep & Smile. The duvet received has three separate holes around the edge of the duvet due to faulty/incomplete stitching, ranging from 5cm to 18cms long, and the edges of the duvet are wonky/uneven. In addition, half of one of the centre channels has no stitching whatsoever, and no needle marks to indicate that there was any attempt to sew it. The poly-cotton cover is rather hard and stiff, plus it has stains on the material. The filling seems overstuffed in places and very uneven. Also there is no marking on the labels to confirm the tog rating. This is obviously an inferior product or 'factory seconds' , despite the label stating "this product has been carefully made in the UK". A complete waste of money - it has been consigned to the charity recycling bag.

Do not buy from this company. Paid for a 7.5 tog duvet cover that came open bagged half tacked together with sellotape and the duvet itself is the poorest I've felt in my life! Honestly it's like cardboard. Not soft at all. Zero flex and cheap as they come. Not breathable and just plain horrible. Now I have to send back and brave the raining weather just because they show a soft image on there photo on amazon but what you get is an unlabelled cheap and nasty cardboard feeling duvet.

This was not a good buy. Im v dissapointed. The wuality nit what i hoped for. The material is rough and not soft like i had hoped for. It wasnt packaged in a sealed bag. The citton quality not good. I felt it was dusty and uninviting. I wanted to return it but it was pointless as i would have had to pay for the return fee.

Initially pleased with this , but once I stated to put it on the bed it became apparent it is not a 7.5 tog, more like 4.5! Also it appears to be part of a winter /summer duvet set, there are no labels on this at all! I definitely will not be buying from this seller again

Duvet is very heavy and missing softeness, I have ordered 9 tog, but it's a lot heavier than my old 10,5 tog. Also so disappointed in packing service, arrived dirty.Overall not a happy purchase

Wasted my money, very poor shoddy finishing. Lumpy filling. Relegated to animal bedding.

Unfortunately this item wasn’t great for us. Used in a holiday home (so not every night) and fell apart within a couple of months. Had a refund so fab customer service
