Everyone loves this stuff. So fluffy and yummy. I use 2/3 of the crumbs and still delicious.

Great mix, easy to make
If you like crumb cake, you will love this mix.Very tasty and super simple to make. We keep a box around just in case we need a desert for any occasion that comes up.Very good value.

Quick coffee cake
So easy to mix and bake. Batter mix has good flavor. Add a little cinnamon and/or your favorite extract too. Toss in mashed ripe banana or a minced apple for variety. Brown sugar crumble mix is so moist and mixes in a little different pattern every time.

Great Cinnamon Bread
Hard to find in local stores. First time purchasing from Amazon. Upon delivery, we were surprised by the warehouse protecting the case package inside an Amazon shipping box. Great job guys.Yhe bread is great and outstanding.

Good coffee cake, but....
The batter needs to be thinned out a little or it's too hard to get into the baking dish. I add a quarter cup of milk to the batter. Also, they give you way too much brown sugar for topping, so I only use half of it, and don't bother with a middle layer.

Great coffee cake
Very good. I mixed up a cream cheese filling and swirled it in the batter. It was very good. I will be experimenting with different fillings. Strawberry is next on my list. It is very good just the way it is as well. Comes out moist not dry like some I’ve tried. Very good for the price. I will be buying it again.
