Honestly, I do not like this at all. My wife bought it for me for Christmas and I can't get it to do anything easily. Everything is a chore to get it to work if it works at all. For example, my contacts transferred over from phone to watch but all the names, numbers and various other info is mixed up. I pull up my wife's contact and it has some other number from the other end of the alphabet.It's too late for me to return it and honestly, it's not worth my time anymore

I originally ordered this watch because it was a cheap smartwatch and I have never tried a smart watch before so I didn't want to drop a lot of money on an expensive one. The first one I bought had a small crack in the scree so I sent it back. It was no big deal. Things happen and I realize that even Apple occasionally has defects in their products. I ordered a second one and it seemed to work at first but soon the touch screen started to freak out every now and then before returning to normal. Still not a huge deal cause again I spent so little on the watch that I wasn't flawless quality. Then it became even worse and whenever I tried to turn it off the touch screen would almost completely freeze and wouldn't let me do anything. The only way to turn it off was to pull the battery out. At this point the watch was too broke and I sent it back also. Its a shame that the build quality seems to be so low because it if would have actually worked, I think I would have enjoyed the watch. It feels good on my wrist and the screen looks pretty nice and big, but the fact that two watches in a row turned out to be defective is a deal breaker for me.

It's just ....ok. It was rather difficult to set up, and the app you need to use doesn't always work. Still, I bought it for a 9 year old, and didn't want to spend a lot of money, knowing how 9 year olds lose, and don't always take care of, their things. For the money and the intent, I think it was a good purchase. I just wish it had been easier to use.

So far this has been really good and working, good battery life. No issues yet. Hope this works for long time.I can say best for the price. Highly satisfied. Should try this if you are in confusion.

I guess you could say the price is what initially caught my attention. It looked nice, and said it was compatible with an Apple IPhone. I decided to give it a try. Upon receiving it, I had difficulty in setting it up. Wouldn't let me choose my city, so I was stuck with Abu Dhabi. It fit nice, but the graphics are of low quality. It isn't very compatible With Apple products. I couldn't use it to text, and the URL that they list for you to get a download doesn't work with Apple products. I plan on returning it. In other words, if you have an Apple phone, don't waste your time, money, and energy on this.

Update-1/3/17 this company has been great to deal with. The change in stars Is for the quality service. I received timely responses in an effort on their part for us to be completely satisfied.Yes, it syncs with Apple phone. But reach out to the company and ask for the name of the (free) app needed for Apple usage (if the info is not updated). The instructions are pretty lax but the watch pairs easily. Performing some options were difficult for me (mom) but the kids finally figured out a few of them with guidance from the company.We did return the watch as it was a gift for my son and he chose a different gift.

My little cousin actually bought this with my account.. It was a cool for a while and then he stopped using it. . it's cool for like a gift but not as good quality as the Apple watch of course
