For Lupine bean lovers
It is too difficult to try to explain how I and many Italians my age eat these things. Suffice to say that, right out of the jar, you pop the flesh out of the skin into you mouth and enjoy. I am sure there are many other things to do with Lupines, but this how I remember eating them as a young boy.These Lupines from DeLallo are excellent.

These are the best!
I have loved Lupini beans since my childhood - they were one of my favorite treats at the annual Lebanese church picnic. These beans are perfect - good snap, just the right saltiness, and no additives! I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they arrived; they were very carefully wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap - Great buy!

Don’t buy from this merchant
The lupini beans are quite good, but one of the bottles arrived broken. I informed the merchant several times, but no response whatsoever.

A great snack any time with a little olive oil and black pepper
These were one of the mini delicious food items in my grandmothers kitchen growing up she always had them with a little olive oil and black pepper on them they seem to be the perfect food to get you through the hunger crunch
