It works if you add more tablet than one...
I have above ground pool about 500G. I started out with 1 tablet but water got cloudy after a week. Based on tablet per X gallon, i should be OK. So, i changed new water and use 3 tablets instead of 1. My pool now crystal clear for 4 weeks so far... I refill 1 tablet every 2 days to able to keep my pool always in clear condition. Hope that helps

not the best quality or container
It is 1" tabs, but not very compacted and fracture easily. Container is hard to open and harder to close. I now use a different brand with easier to close container.
