Used these to cover computer and video cables for a small video studio at my company. With cameras here, mics there, and lights all over the place, I needed a way to cover all the tripping hazards.Luckily, our offices have that typical office carpeting which is ideal for this product as it relies on a hook and loop method for secure attachment to the floor. Removal is easy and damages nothing.PRO TIP: The product cuts easily with scissors, but cut about one or two inches MORE than you think you’ll need. It’s easier and looks better to trim the length precisely once you put it in place while adding length is literally impossible.BONUS TIP: I used this product at home to cover some exposed cables as protection from a chew-obsessed puppy for a few months until she outgrew that phase.

I should have listened to the reviews. Doesn’t stick to carpet very well. I’m still going to have to put some gaff tape down so I don’t trip. I was hoping my carpet would be different from the reviews stating it doesn’t stick. But I’m not lucky. I guess I could buy some better Velcro but the whole point was to buy this and it work. Basically, don’t waste your money.

Does the job well of adhering to carpet, super easy and flexible to use and the color looked so nice but unfortunately I didn't know how noisy it would be! I purchased this to use in my massage room because I kept tripping over the table warmer cord but had to take it out. It sounded like I stepped on a giant bag of potato chips every time I stepped on it! So if you don't mind the sound of ruffles, this is a very nice product. (But steer clear if you need it for a massage room or baby nursery for sure!)

Keeps cords secure on carpet. Easy to cut and reuse. Great for preventing trips.

This item takes the place of gaffers tape or blue painter tape as a way to prevent tripping and to protect the cord.Great Idea and works Perfect. Only issue is watch out when you go to pull these up. On Industrial carpet squares the Velcro is so strong it will try to pull the tile up with it. "Time to put your foot down" on the tile before you pull it up the cord protector. It's well made and Works Great. I Found this item looking for cord covers and so it has been a total upgrade from previous methods. I think it actually is safer than any tape. So if you have the short pile commercial carpet (tiles or roll) Give them a try.

Just so you know-Product works very well!Listing provides detailed info on width - but....Be aware - product only comes in 9.84' length.If you order a longer length, you get multiple rolls, each of which measures 9.84'.Guess I should have "assumed" that since there are two rolls pictured with the listing, I was getting two pieces (rolls). The fact that the listing provided the level of detail on the width of the product, I thought if it was sold only in one length, the details would have included that information.
