Love this book! I have made many things from it and every single one has been delicious and a great hit with the family! The first recipe I made was boozy chicken and I was unsure of the mix of drinks but boy was it good and you didn't last the alcohol at all. Just a delicious, mouthwatering meal. Simple and easy to follow recipes; love, love it and cannot recommend it highly enough to you.

Amazing book...condition was not so great. The pages were completely detached from the spine when I got it. It literally cracks every time I turn the page. Thank god for his YouTube videos!

It is so easy! You will love it! Caution: May lead to yelling, "Why I cooking so good?" out of open windows to innocent passers-by.

Excellent recipes for family cooking. Because the process is spanned into hours, you have time to talk, listen to news or music. The result characterizes deep herbs flavour very traditional.

I was looking for an authentic Italian cookbook - Gennaro is a master in his art and I am just glad so found this Gem!

The author is clearly very knowledgeable and genuine. The problem is that most of us do not have access to the cooking facilities available in the countryside e.g. wood stove, etc. That said the dishes are beautifully and passionately described and those that u have tried are good.

Gennaro, the man......the legend! Taught Jamie Oliver everything he knows! This book is fantastic, lots of great recipes for every taste. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. This book is great for those lazy weekend recipes for some fantastic family meals.
