Working good so far nice fit on my Boxer his not liking it much but his still able to drink and breathe normally he gets a little aggressive with his other Boxer family and we had to separate him a few times from getting into trouble. The muzzle fits just right and he can still open his mouth but not enough to bite at the other Boxers the strap is really long so after finding the right tightness I foldeded it up and wrapped electrical tape around it and that's working out great. Wish it was made in different colors like reds or blues as its hard to see if his still wearing it in some lights as his face is dark anyway.

Great comfortable muzzle for my short snout boxer. I’ve bought a couple different muzzles for her and have not liked any of them until this one. It doesn’t keep her from being able to open her mouth. I needed something that would help deter her from biting my other dog. It fits nicely and the mouth piece is large enough to allow her to still eat and drink if needed, but it prevents her from opening her mouth too big. It’s also comfortable enough for her to sleep in.

I have a standard long haired dachshund who barks constantly and eats garbage every chance he gets and has terrible manners when people are visiting. I have tried spray bottles, bark collars, whistles, treats, just about everything and had zero success. He moves bark collars, grew immune to spray bottles and whistles and didn't care about treats. This was bought as a last ditch effort before bringing my little beast to a trainer (or rehoming him if that didn't work). I wouldn't be writing this review if it didn't work, obviously, but I just want to tell as many people as I can that this literally saved my sanity and is allowing me to actually work with my dog to make progress.I put it on upside down the first time and he broke out within minutes, tried turning it and he was stuck in it! He's not thrilled to have it on, he seems quite upset actually, but he couldn't bark! Guests I had over that day didn't have a small bark harassing them the entire time, people were able to pet him and give him lots of love. He broke into the garbage can and couldn't eat anything! In 24 hours, I've been able to actually manage his behavior. Within 24 hours he learned muzzle=mouth shut and he instantly shuts up at the sight of it. I look forward to using this training tool to get my boy from a loud-mouth pooch to a polite and well-trained dog.10/10 would recommend. Has been a major sanity saving tool that already is making a difference! If the muzzle you ordered is too big or too small, I highly recommend exchanging for a new size because this works. My sister is now ordering one for her 2 adopted dogs that also believe in barking all day because she saw how great it worked with my dog!

Very pleased! My dog is a Miniature Dachshund, petite with a long narrow snout. I have looked at other brands at pet stores but weren’t happy with what I found until now. The muzzle fits perfectly and is soft enough to not irritate my dog. I’m very pleased with this purchase!

I just got this and have only used it a few times but it's exactly what I was looking for. Great quality, soft enough, stays put, and is exactly as advertised. My boxer tried to get it off but he was no match. I really appreciate that it is soft enough around the muzzle. I purchased it for training purposes but I would highly recommend. The fit is perfect.

I bought this cloth muzzle for two reasons: I was tired of my dog throwing things up when she KEPT sneaking and eating things on our walk (and is now too big with teeth too sharp for me to jam my finger in her mouth to get it) and to clip her nails. When she was a small puppy, she'd shove her head under a couch pillow and let me go about shortening her nails. She got bigger, and it became a standoff. But she did not act anything like this with a groomer. I knew she needed her nails clipped because she started gnawing at them herself and sliding on my laminate floors. So I got the muzzle. She wrestled around, startled at first. I lifted her up a little, started clipping her nails and was met with absolute silence. No wrestling. No growling. No snapping. None of the stuff she did without a muzzle. I took the muzzle off, and she trotted away. I realized one nail was too long and lifted her up to get that one without the muzzle. She was silent again. No big deal. I guess she realized that having her nails clipped wasn't all that bad after all. I'm still keeping the muzzle though. Who knows what she'll eat on the ground next? And she was pretty easygoing with it on her mouth.

Good muzzle, fits my Collie perfectly although he can get it off if let off the lead. Word of warning, I had to re order as the clip fell off the end of the strap and got lost. Will stitch a fold in the end of the strap to stop it happening again, but would be good if the manufacturer took note.

This is a well made item. The outer side is durable, tightly stitched canvas, and the inside is plastic, so easy to rinse off slobber.This muzzle is ideal for longer nosed dogs. I dropped a star, because the sizing chart is s***; size 4 is WAY bigger than size 3, and size 3 is a bit too small. Honestly, for most dogs listed in size 4 category, you'd probably want a size 3 muzzle. Order both, return one.

I tried a basket style muzzle at first and was horrified when my dog's toe got stuck in the basket while trying to pull it off. She screamed so loud in the park I was looking for a hole to hide in. I promptly returned the basket version and bought this one to try. I am so glad I did. It is decent quality with a soft velvet like lining on the front rim on the nose. Because the outside is smooth, there is nothing for my dog to grip to pull onto. It is also streamlined so on a dark haired dog, you don't see the muzzle and I like the discreetness of it. Since the buckle is behind the ears, there is no way a dog can pull it off. Certainly mine tried and failed. It is also tough enough to stand up to abuse (my dog rubs it in the grass, snow and sand to try to take it off) and it is very easy to clean.The only small negative comment I have is the adjustable strap is way too long. I didn't want it to dangle so I cut it and burned the cut end with a torch. It finished nicely. It would have been even more perfect if there is a loop to catch the loose end to prevent it from dangling. I decided to tag it to the fixed end using a thread (light stitching using 3 stiches only) after fitting it to my dog so it doesn't become annoying. I can pull off the thread with minimal force if I need to and it just makes the strap neat.

This did not work at all for my small puppy. It was not soft and as he has a fairly short nose, but does have a nose, unlike pugs, etc., it still did not fit well.

Great fit, comfortable, very happy as my boy dislikes hand so needed one for vet or other outings
