Disk does not work automatically unless your computer uses Windows xp or 7
I got my adaptor today and was very excited until I plugged it in and my computer did not recognize the other monitor. Very disappointed in the product because the whole reason for buying it was so that I could attach my other monitor.Update: The disk that comes with the adaptor does not seem to auto work when using a computer that has windows 10. I went to through file explorer and was able to install from there. I am happy to report that it is up and working.

Works Great!
I followed the instructions: Inserted adapter, inserted CD-ROM, Installed windows 10 software, rebooted and the when the computer came back on, it showed all three displays! (one is the laptop, one is the Laptop HDMI port and the third is this adapter.One of my HDMI cables is a very tight fit! Almost too tight, in my opinion. But it does work.

Terrible. Just terrible.
For such a simple product, this piece of crap had far too many problems.#1. Did not display in portrait monitor mode#2. When the drivers were installed and the device was plugged in, my pc did not play any audio.#3. Picture quality was terrible.#4. Drivers could not be uninstalled until they were removed from startup programs and the machine was restarted.There is not branding at all on the packaging. This is clearly a cheap Chinese POS which should never have made it on to Amazon

Great price, works perfectly
So far all I had to do was plug this into a usb 3.0 port and install the drivers from cd. After a reboot, I had another HDMI port working just great. I have no complaints. it's working as expecting and no issues yet.

Don't buy this product - would give no stars if possible
1) trying to make this product work -- messed up my graphic and video drivers2) took all afternoon to get back to preattemp status;3) this product did not work -- even after multiple attempts;4) that's ok, it did not cost much, BUT it messed up my USB and graphic drivers;5) this is not a "Who is a better journalist Rachel Maddow or FOX news?" issue -- reasonable people can disagree6) this is a "Do I want someone with C19 to throw up all over me?" issue. To ask is to answer.
