I purchased these to use in physical therapy exercises for my plantar fasciitis. Can't beat the price, fast shipping and received on time. Pods are constructed of heavy vinyl and seem very durable. The pods arrive inflated, but you can add more air via the bottom of each with a needle-style ball pump.I have been using these for several days now and have already seen marked results in my foot pain. I couldn't be happier.

It’s amazing!
I use these to break up the fascia on the bottoms of my feet, and the results are instantaneous and nothing short of a miracle! I have problems with my knee, and I can’t straighten my right leg, but after about two minutes with these guys, my right knee cap is somehow instantly able to slide in place. It’s amazing!

Great on the feet after a long day!
Although I really do like the way they feel on my feet after a long day of back and forth, regardless of how comfortable my shoes are, standing on these balance pods for a few minutes, massaging the sole of my feet, is great "foot therapy." The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I would have preferred them to be just a little "stiffer" allowing to slightly less give.

Perfect for working on balance and ankle strength. The “spikes” are a bit too hard for my feet so I put washcloths over the pods and my feet feel better.

Quality Pods
I bought these to train my dog to step on them to promote core fitness. We are in the learning process, so I will have to update later. But these are great little pods.
