Empowering Women: A Guide to Loving Yourself, Breaking Rules, and Bringing Good into Your Life

I always enjoy reading books by Louise Hay, I felt I walked away after reading this book with some very positive insight and new things to try, Im inspired.

I really enjoyed reading this book. All the advice are things I already knew about. The problem is to follow the advice of Ms. Hay. When you spend most of your life thinking incorrectly, you really have to change quite a bit, but most of what she said is great. The only thing I thought that was not proper for the layman was to run a therapy session. I do not feel that the layman is equipped to do this. It sounds good but when you hear other peoples problem it is difficult not to get emotionally involved.

Great therapy, especially for those who have been abused and manipulated in relationships. Louise Hay helps you to wipe out all programming and to think for yourself. Excellent! Louise Hay had changed my life for the ultimate better! If there's any book you should read, this is it!

Louise Hay is a great teacher and this little book is a summary of his ideas about life and death, personal finance, singleness and marriage, parenting, work, health, relationships and self-esteem (the big issue).I do not like the gaps created between men and women (sometimes, some books pose the "get the girl power" with some anger). Louise is different. She never talk about war, but to set limits and regain power as women we gave for centuries, but in peace and love, because men are also suffering this old game.I recommend this book to women who want to identify the weaknesses that we accept as "natural and irremediable" and men who want to work with women in their lives and make a change themselves.

This is a book full of ways to empower woman and why we should empower them.

If you are feeling like life lets you down, and things won't ever get better, or maybe you just don't feel respected by others in this world, this is a book worth reading. Louise Hay is a wonderful teacher and philosopher and she gets to the core and with just simple changes that she suggests your life will turn completely around. In this crazy world we all need some good information.

It is Empowering. Very positive book and easy reading. This is a book to pick up periodically when you are feeling down; it will pick you up.

I own the book and the audio book. I am a huge Louise fan, but "Empowering Women" is one of my favorites. It is an easy read and does likely underscore what you already know. That's the issue - we "know" these things - Louise lovingly brings it to our consciousness.

Book all women should read, mind opener, highly recommend

This book is very much a guide to getting a woman moving in her journey. A stepping stone to inspire us all to do things, follow your dreams, and stand on your two feet. Motivational and inspiring.

Good book

This book has given me a new lease for life, I am not just a mother and wife but a person in my own right. I now have the tools to create the life I crave for without feeling guilty.

What can I say except WOW!! This book has just sent my mind into overload with awesome ideas. Louise Hay inspired millions when she was here on earth and I believe that she will continue to for centuries to come. One of my absolute favourite authors.
