I purchased this book on a recommendation from an art class and while the artwork is breathtaking and awe inspiring, the writing within connects and resonates with your spirit. I loved the book so much that I bought one for my mom and she loves it too!! Blessings to the author and her family as she has truly blessed me!

I have loved Ruth’s work for years, the way she weaves beauty and truth together is incredible, however buying books brand new isn’t common in this season of life. I saw the deluxe edition go on Prime special for $12 and my sweet hubby said you have to get it. It. Was. Incredible. Encouraging, convicting, inspiring- I went through this book during the postpartum sleepless season with our 2nd, and God really used Ruth to point me to Himself. Now expecting again, I rather hope to get another one of Ruth’s books to work through post delivery this time as well. I’m so grateful Ruth followed the Lord’s leading and wrote ‘Gracelaced’, and I plan to keep hounding her on Instagram to come to supper at my place every time she visits my city! As a momma to 6 boys and I’m a momma to 2 (potentially 3!) I could use some of her wisdom! 😍

Gracelaced is a great reminder to me in this hard season with all its unknowns and uncertainties that beauty is everywhere and that God’s word is truth filled and His love and grace will sustain me. I love how Ruth Chou Simons focuses on the four seasons (or the four R’s): Rest, Rehearse, Respond, and Remember. God never promised us life would be easy, there are many peaks and valleys, many challenges to face and overcome, yet God will guide us every step of the way and be our encourager through it all! Simons’ artwork makes this book a treasure and inspires me to spend more time in His word, seeking truth and guidance. I hope this beautiful keepsake remains in my family for generations to come and that they will all be tremendously bless by it as I have been!

I absolutely love this book. I was gifted the one I own. I purchased another one for a gift. This book is beautifully written with a lot of attention given to details. The artwork and lettering is phenomenal. The author of the book obviously speaks from her heart.

This is my second book by Ruth Chou Simons. I know she does gorgeous artwork, but I am taken away with her beautiful crafting of words and wisdom that points straight to the One source of grace and unconditional love. It will be a treasure to keep with my own personal added notes in this new edition. This will go on my bookshelf-of-life as a physical and sentimental keeper! And... what a beautiful and gift it will make!

I have bought this book for a few friends and for anyone who loves encouraging scriptures, beautiful artwork and room to write their thoughts... this delivers. Ruth is a talented artist and this is one of my favourite books EVER.
