I needed to replace the low light, globe fixture in my office. I had an electrician assemble and install this light fixture which took about 1.5 hours in total. I love that this light fixture has 3 different settings, 2 are true white light (one slightly brighter than the other) and the 3rd is a soft yellow light. It provides sufficient light for my small office space, much better than my previous globe light. It looks great and I'm happy with the purchase after using it for the past few weeks. The one thing to be aware of is you have to switch the light on and off 3 times to rotate through the different light settings. I don't mind this, but others may. Overall, I recommend this light!

First the instructions are not very clear. Second the parts come in many pieces...so you will spend and hour plus putting everything together before it even connects. The item does look good once it is put together, but mine will not connect to the main power. I have installed and connected everything correctly. Will check one more time, but if this does not connect will send it back. Very underwhelmed so far.Update. The led light worked after a complete rewire. There are 3 lighting stages that happen after toggling the switch. I am impressed once it actually worked. Although I do not think the product is worth the price based on assemblage time and quality of the item.

The light is fairly well built. Not the best, but okay quality. The fittings are quite tight so it is solid when connected. The weight adds to it's solidness and quality.The instructions are pretty bad. Don't rely on them. I got through it from trial and error. It worked. The things that's missing from my box was the wing nut caps. There are only 3 and if you use any extension rods that are provided, you would need 9 at least. I had to go get a pack of them quickly.The light is really bright. Super bright. It needs to be dimmable to be enjoyable. But it serves it purpose of keeping things bright.If you use the longer rod, the included wires are not long enough. You would need your own wires and longer ones to make it work. I like the look and the price so I gave it a higher rating, but I'm not totally in love because of the non dimmable part and the limitations on installation.

Light fixture was exactly what I wanted. However, instructions to assemble were very poor and could not figure out how to put 2 brass pieces together and then determined that I could not use this fixture on a sloped ceiling anyways. One of the answered questions states that it can be used on a sloped ceiling and this is FALSE. Other than that, if you can figure out how to put together and install, I am sure you will be extremely happy with this light fixture.

I took this item home to the Caribbean for my mom's dream home but was disappointed when after I returned to the states the electrician said it did not work. I was disappointed because I could not return it and I lost the money. I was tempted to buy another but I did not want to loose twice. It does have a cute design though. I am very sad because now I am trying to find something else that works for the space.

The light looks great but we were unable to use it. all lights are wired separate and you feed them through rod and then twist together. I had two electricians work on it and it only 3 of the lights turned on then was rewired and then all turned on and it shorted breaker. Both electricians stated really cheep wiring and has a box/ transformer thing for the led that is not strong enough. I had to take product down and unable to use it. Looks great but did not work.

The first order had the wrong brass base. The next order came in perfect. Easy to assemble. Wish the instructions or at least the instruction pictures were more clear to see. The product is very well made. Very solid.

Great light for a contemporary fixture.We like having 3 options of brightness.Highly recommend.

Good construction, quality materials and looks good once you get it up... however, with a sheet of instructions in Chinese nd three pictures it takes a lot of experience and guesswork to get it fitted. The light is exceptionally bright and what I needed. It's useful to know that switching it off and on again is what cycles the lighting modes - there is no 'button' as promised in the text, but it does work as advertised. Wouldn't buy another one, but pleased with it now it's up.
