Good Quality and Works Great
This product was heavier than I imagined, but it really works well. I have used it several times for headaches and it brings relief. It stays cold for about half an hour, but really we are not supposed to keep ice packs on for longer than 20 minutes anyway. The cover works well and the cold pack and the velcro straps are good, strong quality. I would recommend it for sure.

Good to have but can have better heat and cold retention gel
Doesn't hold heat and cold for long. I have had better pads earlier. The cover and the Velcro strip are pretty large and good and so the wrapping is easy for any part of the body (I use it for my elbow and knee mostly).Its not very bad, but the gel quality may not be that great due to its retention capacity.
