We have ordered keto atta, keto dosa mix and keto rice.. we ordered it for 2 year old kid who is suffering from epilepsy. keto atta was not that useful as he cannot eat rotis directly.. but keto dosa mix was very helpful and we make dosa almost every alternate day for him, it's very easy to use , just mix and wait for 10 min and dosa will be ready..keto rice is also useful and it's used daily as a substitute for normal rice, even after pressure cooking the rice looked uncooked but upon little efforts it's gets smashed easily and will be ready for my kid to consume it.

My teenage son who's a type 1 diabetic, loves this rice . He finds it flavourful just plain cooked too and it doesn't spike his blood sugar levels

I am a huge rice fan but because I am on the Keto diet,I couldnt have it. The keto rice is godsend. It appeases my hunger and the also my craving for rice. I can have it with Chicken and veggies too. I love it

This, like the flour, is one of the best products to help to move to Keto since we are mostly used to both in our regular diet.

It reminds me of kara sev, crispy and a little bit in taste also. It's not rice. One it's cooked it feels bland and sticky to me.Edit: tried to eat it 3-4 times now, I forced myself to like it but I really don't like it.(I tried getting their cashback offer, mentioned on the packet, but sadly turned out to be a waste of times it's a gift card for purchase on their website. No cash back at all)
