I purchased this to hardwire a Pure DAB+ audio adaptor into my car (also reviewed on here).There is a good array of fuses which fit snuggly and the fuse taps are slim enough to fit under the fuse cover in my MK6 golf (which is fairly tight).A good bonus i did not realise is that these came terminated with bullet connectors so are ready to plug and play without any soldering

I used these to hardwire my dashcam and it worked fine.Getting the micro version of this into the fuse box was really hard and had to use a hammer to force it into place. Getting fuses into it isn't easy either. The fuse puller is wider than the socket of the micro fuses on my Hyundai so it's completely useless but I couldn't even use it to pull a fuse out of the tap so even if it did fit it would've still been useless - just used long nose pliers. I imagine that this is because the actual size is just a tiny bit off the standards.Connecting these correctly isn't trivial and I would've really liked a good guide on it to be included, rather than having to spend time on YouTube to figure it out. Do this whole thing at your own risk, but here's how I did it:- Take a picture of your existing interior fusebox before touching it.- Check your car manual or the fusebox label to find fuses that are marked as spare or not safety-critical (i.e. do not even look at fuses for things you couldn't safely drive without) - boot power outlets for example could be fine, but use spare if you have one.- If you have one and know how to use it, use a multimeter in V mode to find out when the fuse is live as some are on all the time and some are on when the engine is on. Touch the black connector against a metal part of the car and the red connector on the exposed metalling parts on top of the fuses to find out if they're live. If they are, they should read around 12V.- Make sure that while looking at the tap fuse sockets with the cable to the right, the fuse pulled from the fuse box is at the bottom and the one for whatever you're connecting is at the top.- Make sure that the top fuse has a lower rating that the one at the bottom. Use the smallest rating fuse that makes sense for your device (in my case 5A was more than enough for my dash cam).- Connect the device wire to your fuse tap cable using the included accessories.- Pull the wire through all the holes it will go through so that you don't need to disconnect and connect it again.- While holding the tap as above, make sure to put in the fuses with the number reading correctly upwards.- Put the fuse tap in the fusebox so that the fuse is oriented the same way as it did before you took it out (check your picture).- Check your device works as expected.Again, this is what I did and worked fine for me, but if you choose to follow it you do so at your own risk. Get a professional to do it if you're unsure.So 3 stars because it got the job done, but the sizes are off and there's no guide included.

Tried hardwire my Nextbase dashcam but what a surprise! Nextbase does not provide a mini-fuse connector, such as used in Nissan. This product saved my time. Recommend.

These are slightly larger than the original fuse and the original will not fit back into the now piggy back. However it does come with spare fuses which does and these work well. It does a good job and works as it should..
