My cat loves her new pet mount . Just make sure you have two people to put it up. She plays on it and sleeps on it. It is very good value for the money

Hard to assemble , poor quality, badley made,Very disheartened with this product , screws don't line up , difficult to put up and very flimsy, my cat is less then 3kg been on it twice and it's already bending and not srirdy , I've got it on a very strong brick wall , just not worth the money I've paid out and won't recommend it at all

I was excited to set this up for my cats however when I opened the box I immediately noticed the low quality of the items and screw's etc from previous cat shelves.The holes on shelves are in awkward positions due to poor designs, had to buy new screws as one's provided were useless and the material ripped on the shelves with in minutes of my cat using it leaving dangerous sponge exposed so I had to rip it all off and replace it myself with carpet tiles

For what this cost I was expecting a product of better quality. Screw holes were missing on several of the shelves and the hammock arms were completely out of square resulting in a lop sided hammock. On the plus side one my cats is already on it so at least he likes it

Great quality. Had to customise a couple of the holes in the wrong place when installing, so you need someone handy with a drill. Very good price and quality though.

This set looks great. However, due to the attachment design, the screws holding the sections on the wall are subjected to a great deal of stress from cats jumping about on them.Unless its attached to something rock solid like brick or wood, regardless of using the plastic wall plugs, the screws will work loose. The platforms are pretty hefty in weight themselves even before the cats get on them. A plaster wall will definitely just give way as it has done already for 2 sections in our house within 1-2 months - the hammock support and the platform attached to the suspension bridge both got wrenched off the wall. I have 2 kittens who are very active, but not full size yet. Luckily they survived the experience without harm. I recommend using different attachments to the screws and plugs provided or take care to only consider attaching to the right type of wall.

I have bought 3 items from kerblThe bag climber and the Matterhorn and EverestYou can see the shelf is bending after literally a couple of days from being put up. It is secured to the wall correctly, it’s the shelf that isn’t secured to the wall sectionI contacted kerbl who said I have to contact Amazon…. Thank you but no thank you, not our problemAmazon says to report missing or broken pieces direct to kerbl, so I e re sent to kerbl with that advise, Direct from AmazonPrior to this I was soooo happy with the product - although I will collect that the one hook given to hang the scratching bag is not enough!!! I got a bracket made to hang from the ceiling, and this! My two kittens LOVE!!!

The screw/bolt holes that secure the ladder are not drilled correctly. They don't line up. On one side you can get one of the bolts tightened but the second side just doesn't line up correctly and the other end (box) the bolt threads have been put in the wrong side of the chipboard so the bolts don't reach through. This is the second kerbl product I bought , at the same time and both have issues with the ladder fitting.

Der Kratzbaum sieht nicht nur schön aus sondern hält auch toll. Die montierung war kinderleicht und unsere Katzen lieben den Kratzbaum.

Viene todo lo necesario para su montaje y mi mascota lo disfruta un montón. Lo q no me a gustado es q no se pueda cambiar la orientación ya q solo se puede poner como la imagen de derecha a izquierda.

Contente de ma livraison pour l’instant à voir dans le temps par contre j’ai du mettre des cheville molly car c plus costaud et ce qui est fourni n’est pas de bonne qualité et fait pour le béton alors que j’ai tout installé dans du placo

Calcolate che lei è molto più cauta di lui, (lui è il maculato) ed è diventato una scheggia a salire e scendere, percorso che costa un po', ma per farli divertire e non farmi salire a dosso di notte (quando dormo sul divano) ho pensato di acquistarlo, costruito bene e utile secondo il mio parere, ad un prezzo giusto, molto carino.
