This seller is one of many that takes new returned items with minor flaws and then sells them as “new” without carefully checking them. This was missing the factory protective bag and the front bezel, and had a small scratch. While the batteries appear to be operating well, this is now an mis-March to the rest of my all-new with bezels power stack in the rack. Since I had immediate travel, needed assurance of capacity, and the near-new item worked, I did not return it. I will watch more carefully on how is supplying, and recommend that people never trust a “new” listing from these recyclers and handlers of reused equipment if you expect new. Never pay full price with these specific sellers.
