Before I begin talking about the hair, the customer service was amazing. Leo answered any questions I had about the product prior to buying it and even once I purchased this wig Leo still assisted me up until delivery.The hair is super soft and exactly like the picture. There is no shedding and when I got it wet at the beach it still was soft once the hair was dry. The look is very natural and I've received so many compliments about it. Some people can't even tell I'm wearing a wig. Trust me you will not be disappointed.Update on wig: I recently straighten the wig to wear it as a different look and I'm even more in love with it. The texture of the hair is still soft and I can run my hands through it without any tangles. It feels so silky!! Still no shedding of the hair when I wash it or brush through it.

Im going to be honest. This hair feels so natural. The construction is nicely put together and the lace wasn’t so “griddy”. I tried bleaching the knot but it didn’t bleach as well as I would have expected. I let it stay on for a little over 15 mins, but it necessarily didn’t need bleaching. It was pre plucked but I went in and did a little more customization. I definitely recommend and will be purchasing again in the future.🤗. Haven’t worn it long enough to determine shedding but so far it’s good!

This wig is absolutely AMAZING! This was my 1st wig by this company but I will be ordering more! The hair is super soft & looks & feels like your real hair very easy to maintain but it u will NOT! Regret it.... 5 stars isn't enough 😂

I got this unit in a 12" lacefront , the hair is very soft and I have not had any shedding or tangeling . It's comes with 4 Combs and ajustable straps also comes with lace in the fornt and the back . I like it so far but I've only wore it twice

Great hair and great quality! The closure is pre-plucked, and the lace is perfectly bleached. The price was cheap, but the quality was high! Even came with two wig caps! Very pleased

Customer service was great!!! I had my wig customized and they did everything I wanted done. The hair looks and feels good. The only thing is I added color & it bleeds as if the hair mightbe blended. I will update thus post once I wear the wig for a few days.

I have been wearing a variety (of types) of wigs for a few years now; Classic Wigs (No Lace), Lace Fronts, 4x4 Lace Wigs, Medical-Wigs (No Lace Front), and even costume wigs for fun. This is my first time ever purchasing a Full-Lace WIG, & I love it!!!2. The Delivery was much faster than expected; it arrived in a small box, Fed Ex shipping.3. The Wig is truly a Full Lace, so it can be parted anywhere, this is an unbelievable difference that offers so many diverse styles.4. The hairline is NOT custom-made, so you will need to cut the lace & pluck the hair out yourself. (I kept the wig on as I trimmed it with a pair of tweezers, making a total of 2 hours for removing excess hair.)5. The quality speaks for itself, and the price is very consumer-friendly. The hair is very soft, very little shedding has occurred. Although the part does seem to favor the left side, I managed to switch the part by washing the hair with a soft shampoo (Shea Moisture Shampoo/Conditioner) & I parted to my liking then left it alone over night to dry... now it parts where I want it to.6.
