Kbands Fusion Cables Velocity Trainer (Baseball - Softball Resistance Arm Bands for Strength and Velocity)

Bought this for my high school son as he is a pitcher, compared this to other products on the market and also asked his pitching coach. This is what was recommended by the pitching coach plus it has nice accessories with it that other bands don't have.

I use this to exercise and strength my body.
