Easy on and easy off!

It's shinny but made by cheap material. I like the loud clicking sound when switching between shower head and hand shower. The biggest problem to me is leaking water: using the shower head water is leaking at the hand held, vice versa. The leak is not that big to reduce the pressure so I just have to live with it. I need it because when I changed to this one the old one broke so I couldn't wait to exchange/return to a different one. It's probably 2 1/2 stars but they don't have it so I give it a three.

I ordered this product to work with a handheld shower. It is a great quality and does a great job and performance. I would purchase this product again.

Works very well. It replaced another simpler knob which broke down after years of use. Very plug-and-play, no hex wrench needed to adjust knob as on some models. Smooth and easy knob control.I can’t figure out why this is but with my old diverter a lot of air would get trapped and need to be released from pipe/hose before water each use, causing a sort of annoying burst of air and water. However with the diverter currently being reviewed, there is never any air in the pipe/hose and water flows freely.The knob appears to be plastic (the rest is metal) which makes me wonder how long it will last, but for now it’s great. (Bought about a month ago.)

Leaks at both connections replaced both washers

Looks good but made of plastic and therefore had a cheap/flimsy feel to it. So far it works fine but lost a star sure to cheap feel.
