We have purchased this year after year for my husband’s shaving. It has a nice soft sandalwood sense that is not overpowering but very subtle. The bowl is very nice and last as long as the soap. I find that the bowl degrades overtime so I just replace it every time he needs a new soap. I love this because it is earthy and beautiful and someone elegant.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I used Edge Gel Purple for, well, a long, long time. I use a twin blade cartridge. I thought I'd try this out. It develops a nice lather, gives a smooth shave (better than the gel), and smells/feels great in sandlewood. I'm giving up the gel for good. Plus, the teak holder is great- not cheap pressboard as stated in another review.

I like the soap cup holder. It is a one of a kind product that fits the shave soap.
