All I can say is: wow. It works. I really wasn't expecting much. An OTC cream seemed too simple. But I was getting desperate. My doctor said it was all just part of getting older. She suggested most women my age(and hers) fake it anyway. Yes, I said SHE. Looking for a new doctor.I'm also using Progesto-Life. For me, I could tell a difference in a week. My symptoms have eased. Hello everyone. It is very unusual for me to write a review for a product, unless I find it to be amazing as it is advertised . Estriol cream is just that, Amazing ! I am a 50 years young women who has been going through menopause for four years now. It has been horrible to say the least. I am a all natural kinda gal, so the idea of synthetic hormone replacement was not a option for me. My sister told me about Estriol cream and I should try it because it has changed her life in just the few weeks she has been using it. I purchased estriol cream four weeks ago, I am amazed ! I feel normal again. My energy level is awesome, my anxiety is zero, my bones don’t ache, no hot flashes, no mood swings, and I have lost 5 pounds . I have only have this for a couple of days and I have been using the Progesto-life for about 2 weeks now. I hadn't really seen any change with just the Progesto-life with the exception of some serious negative mood changes. I am normally super happy and patient. I had become angry and snappy. My job was getting to me (more than usual), and I just could not pinpoint what was going on. Since mid last year I had been having hot flashes and found out around November that I was menopausal. I was given Prozac and sent on my way...it worked for a minute. Then I quit it cold turkey and had withdrawal symptoms; I dont recommend it. Anyway, I chose to go natural on EVERYTHING including my blood pressure meds and allergy meds. Of course I'm not as good as I would be with all those meds in me but I was feeling alright. When I think back I realized that my struggle with weight loss runs in conjunction with around the time my other menopausal symptoms began.Now I have been faithful and disciplined to a healthy diet that consists of lean meats, very little (if any) dairy, very small amounts of whole grains (only before 2 pm), and high fibrous vegetables. I dont eat after 6 pm and I drink tons of water and no alcohol. Did I fail to mention that I also work out daily? I've been so good AND ZERO weight loss. This past week I've made no changes except to ADD Estro-life and I got up today feeling pretty good and I dropped a pound! I couldn't believe it! It may sound strange to find this a big deal after only a few days but it really is. I've been working hard on a solution for a very long time so this is progress for sure!I am now hooked. Yup.....that fast! I use the Estro-life in the AM on my lower abdomen and wrists and the Progesto-life in the PM (same areas). I take one DIM supplement in the AM. I think I finally found my cocktail.This is absolutely an affordable solution and a healthier alternative to the drugs or hormones that may be prescribed. Also, for me...the cream is so much better. I have never written a review but this a product that will really help women. I am 56, 7 yrs. into menopause. A nurse friend recommend this to me for vaginal dryness. I'll preface this by saying, I was getting the Biote pellets for a year at 400.00 an insertion every three months and this didn't include lab work. I didn't want to do anything, go anywhere, didn't enjoy anything, couldn't sleep, eat, was moody to the point of being down right mean to everybody. When it came time for my pellet reinsertion, I started researching the creams, because I simply didn't want the expense anymore. After reading the reviews I ordered the Smoky Mountain estrogen and progesterone cream, with the DIM and I feel great. I feel just as great, but better with the cream, I will never stop using it. If you're thinking about the pellet therapy, try this first, you'll save your money. I wish I'd have done my research and not wasted mine. The ONLY advantage to the pellets is you don't have to think about it every day, but honestly I feel better than before.
