Great substitute when I can't make my own!
Bone broth is an important component of my fast days. Sometimes I don't have the time to make my own. When I'm in a pinch, Kettle, and Fire bone broth is the only broth I use. I keep it stocked in the pantry. The chicken broth tastes like home. I don't need to add a thing and it's all-natural. I initially bought the beef broth, which I loved. I thought I would try the chicken broth and was blown away. I pride myself on my homemade chicken broth, but honestly, I had a difficult time finding fault with this broth! This is definitely my "go-to" broth when I can't make my own!

Perfect base for your own soups
I don't eat these soups by themselves, I use them as a base for my own home made soups, instead of using chicken or beef stock I use these, and I am so amazed at the boost this adds to my meals. I made a roasted Brussel sprout and roasted chicken soup with the coconut curry: along with your basic onions, mushrooms, peppers and so on (a can of Thai coconut milk) .OOOooooweeee!! I agree that these are a little pricey, but Organic bone broth is not cheap,

Okay
First off, there's the insane price. Second, I'm not sure if this should qualify as soup or just glorified broth. Taste is fine but the curry left a weird aftertaste that was very persistent. Won't be buying again.

These are great for a quick meal or fixed up for dinner
These are tasty good starts for a fabulous low carb dinner soup. If you don't feel like chopping and spending hours cooking down cauliflower and bones these make a great start for a dinner soup. Add chicken, broccoli, cheese, onions, mushrooms, garlic and a splash of white wine (not all at the same time in the same soup) and they make a wonderful soup. I think they have a touch of curry in the spicy cauliflower....soo good. The broccoli and cheese is good too but I like the spiciness of some of the other flavors better. They make a nice light meal for a lunch soup if you don't feel like adding meat or veggies to it. Or serve it with a low carb sandwich or salad and it keeps you full for most of the day. I don't know why some people don't like these. But I'm the kind of cook who always doctors my canned/jarred foods. And this is a quick way to get bone broth and low carb veggies.

Flavorless & Inedible Expensive Soup
After reading the reviews I decided to try the Kettle and Fire Variety Pack hoping to keep to my Keto regime.Unfortunately, my experience was not edible. The one star rating is for the packaging not the contents. The Butter Curry was similar to a gluey and gummy consistency which did not resemble any soup that I have ever eaten. My next choice from the variety pack was the Mushroom Bisque. This was of the same gluey and gummy consistency exactly like the Butter Curry Soup. Not a mushroom in sight. Totally flavorless. My third choice was the Spicy Cauliflower which was just as unpleasant as the Butter Curry and Mushroom Bisque.I gave up since I could not experience a fourth strike out and discarded the cauliflower and broccoli cheese soup. What a disappointment and not able to request any kind of refund for being subjected to something that does not resemble soup.

The soup is fantastic but price is high
The flavor of the soup is excellent. My favorite so far is the spicy cauliflower. It actually reminds me of the southern Indian dish, goat paya without the goat. But you can tell this has been slow cooked because the base has a similar depth of flavor of something thats been slow cooked. The price is obviously what will keep me from eating this at least twice a day. If they brought the price point down quite a bit I think everyone would be eating this. Keto or not. If you want to spoil yourself and don't mind the nearly $10/bowl I can pretty much guarantee you will not be disappointed. For me its worth the money but I wish it was priced where I could eat it frequently.

Nicely packaged but very bland and occasionally strange flavor.
We love soup but haven’t found many options since starting the South Beach Low Carb diet and were looking for an alternative to Miso Soup. We ordered this variety pack but after trying two of the four (Mushroom and the Broccoli ones) we see a trend: Very bland flavor in both, with a slight off putting flavor to the mushroom. All the soups are very well packaged - Easy to store, transport to work, and easy to open. They are thick (no adding water needed) and the mouthfeel is what you’d expect in a high quality soup like this. Maybe we’ll to try to add some flavor without carbs and sodium by adding some spices to the remaining two.

Great base soup!
I just tried the Mushroom Soup and I like that I can add my own salt, everybody is different so this was great, salt is a easy fix. I also added cracked pepper, a dash of ground rosemary and granulated garlic and this soup became a easy savory meal. I want to add a few of my favorite spices or change it up by adding chicken to make this soup my own. I'm definitely going to buy this again. I own a business and this definitely saves me time plus it's keto!
