I sometimes get a lingering muscle cramp in my lat just below my collar bone. I slip this inside my shirt before I sit in my recliner and position it right on the sore spot. As I shift around in the chair, it massages the area and really seems to help relax the tightness. It’s a very hard rubber so it does hurt a bit as it presses on the spot but, it’s worth it to ease the long term pain.

I actually use this to roll under my feet after a long day of standing on my feet and it greatly reduces my feet pain after only a couple minutes of use. I always recommend something like this to anyone who suffers foot pain after a long day of standing.

It is pretty handy for massaging sore muscles. Small enough to carry with u when u travel. Would highly recommend it.

This pack of balls is nice. The balls definitely help relieve tension after a hard days work. They are easy to grip and juggle with one hand. These balls are super smooth and easy to roll. As for durability, I can’t say as I haven’t had them long enough to enjoy. Will definitely buy these balls again if my current ones become old and fragile.

These balls seem plenty sturdy for my use, which is rolling it under my foot to relieve pressure. Price is great also, and I could not find them readily in stores.
