Very nice quality build gimbal!
The media could not be loaded. Pros:1. Very sturdy. The gimbal has a very nice build and looks like it is not made out of cheap plastic2. Works VERY well in stabilizing videos!! Once the gimbal is set up correctly and everything is balanced the way it should be, I had no issues with taking videos while moving suddenly. Everything is SO smooth now in taking videos.3. I am so glad I got this to shoot videos and vlogs while I travel!4. USB C port is a lifesaver! I don't need to bring an extra cable since my phone uses USB C also!5. Once connected to the phone, the gimbal's control is easy and accurate.Cons:1. There are no instructions on how to install the smartphone supporting accessories/brackets. I had to go watch an online video to figure it out.2. The gimbal came with empty batteries and I had to charge it up3. The price is kind of expensive. I wish it was a little bit cheaper.4. There is no instructions on what the micro USB port do. Do I charge with it?5. There is no indication on if the battery is full or not while it is charging. How long do I need to charge this gimbal?6. From an empty battery, it took 12+ hours to charge to a full bar. That is a long time.7. There is no carrying pouch or a travel case that comes with this gimbal. I am not expecting to carry the black Styrofoam box with me while I travel right?

Stable picture
This gimble works quite well! The only issue I have with it is that it will not link to my camera. But the stability is perfect!

Zhiyun Crane M2, the most versatile compact gimbal at this price
The media could not be loaded. Zhiyun CRANE-M2 is an "all-in-one" gimbal which works for smartphones, action cameras, point-and-shoot cameras, and mirrorless cameras (with light lens). The max payload is 720g (1.58lb) and the gimbal itself weights only ~500g (fairly easy to carry around). I use it mainly for family/travel videos and I enjoy how it improves my experience in video making. The gimbal is compact in size. It can be folded when not in use (with locking mechanism so it won't move around). When folded, it occupies smaller space than Zhiyun's entry level gimbals such as Smooth Q and Smooth 4. It has a built-in 1100mAh battery and works up to 7 hours per charge. It's charged through USB-C port (microUSB to USB-C cable included) and there is an extra microUSB port near mounting point which can be used to charge device in use. A case and tripod are also included in the package.Setup is a bit different comparing to regular smartphone gimbals but not too hard to learn. Cameras are secured onto the mount with the included 1/4 inch screw (smartphone clamp mount is included; for action camera, extra accessory might be needed). Proper weight-balancing on all 3 axis is required for best performance. So far I have tried mounting smartphones (Pixel 3 XL, Pixel 2, iPhone X), action cameras (Yi camera, GoPro Hero 5 Black; with 1/4 inch adapter), mirror-less (Canon M3 with EF-M 22mm lens; PANASONIC GX85 with 12-32mm Lens) and Crane M2 worked well stabilizing recordings on all of them.Crane M2 provides several modes, including basic PF/F/L modes and advance POV/vortex/GO (fast follow) modes. More customized controls can be achieved by linking it to ZY Play app and supported cameras (Zoom controls, on gimbal start/stop recording..etc). The result is satisfying and I can get a decent stabilized video when filming fast-moving objects (utilizing GO mode). Vortex mode makes taking 360° rotation video easy without tedious preparation. Crane M2 has become my go-to gimbal these days as it works well with various types of cameras.

most compact mirrorless gimbal ever!!
The media could not be loaded. I am not a big fan of big gimbals. Since all my cameras are Sony Mirrorless, I wanted gimbals that can be light and still able to handle my A7III cameras. Got the Crane M2 to try it out.I have been using it for about 2 weeks, I do have to the M2 gimbal is tiny, compare to other gimbals out there. The M2 itself only weights about 1lb 2oz. This is including battery and everything!!! The compact size is amazing, and its able to support cell phones, action cameras and mirrorless cameras. On the zhiyun's website only shows it supporting Sony A6xxx mirrorless cameras. Didn't mention anything about A7 cameras, I have decided to give it a try. I used an A7III + 28mm 2.8 lens, weights roughly about 1.8lb. To my surprise the Crane M2 is able to handle its weight, and balanced with no problem at all. But I don't think its able to handle any larger lenses. The size is making a big difference for me, I am able to travel with it, and just slip it into my carry on bags and etc. With no problems at all. There are some things, I am limited with the M2. There is limited clearance space for the A7III camera, so I am not able to make certain movements. For example, I am not able to perform the inception shot. Since the back doesn't have enough space for the A7III camera body. Which is not a huge deal, I just have to work around it. Also the gimbal is mostly made up of plastic parts, which results in the light weight. One thing I really wish they have on the M2 is the axis locks. Now-a-days most of the newer gimbals all have 3 axis locks on them. Which makes balancing the gimbal so much easier, and fast!!! But on unfortunately the Crane M2 doesn't have the axis locks. Hoping Zhiyun will improve that on their next version.

Doesn't hold camera in two modes
Works fine for the most part. I am not ecstatic about its features, they are just okay for me. However, in both the F mode and Go mode it does not hold my M50 with the gimble when I tilt the gimble 45% forward. It holds the camera in this position for a couple of seconds and then the tilt motor goes limp, leaving the camera in a position where the lens point forward, instead of at the 45% angle that I am holding it. It is not that weird of a holding position. I am not twisting it awkwardly or anything. I just lean it forward normally, and in those 2 modes (F & Go) it is supposed to keep the camera at the same angle I'm holding the gimbal, and as I said, it struggles to do that for a few secs and then goes limp. Not cool! Perhaps I got a defective item. I am asking for a replacement and will report back if the replacement has the same problem, (if I remember to do that)...
