If it is meant to be a 3xl It’s a really small 3xl as my 10 year old niece can’t get it on and she’s xtra small

I recently brought a small skirt somewhere else but it was more like a 12, than an size 8! This skirt is perfect. The size is what it should be for a small. Well done!
