Q: How hard is cable managment for these? I dont want wires running all over my new truck like i was in high School.

I was able to route the cable by tucking the wires underneath the plastic covers. It would depend on your car. Did not require a professional installation

Q: Does this rear-view camera see well through a rear-tinted window?

Yes, it is recording well enough through tinted glass

Q: Is it weather proof? Can it mount on the outside of a jeep wrangler?

I'm not sure if the back camera is waterproof but looking at the component I would have to say no it wouldn't survive a driving rain or being submerged. Also since we're discussing Nexbase I would add that the front camera can't survive a week of hot days. Just retired mine to a landfill after it had in countered such conditions. Great camera until the Midwest heat wave.

IF... you "hardwire" it to a circuit that turns on when the ignition is in the "on" position and "off" when the ignition is turned off, then yes. DO NOT hardwire it to an "always-on" circuit like a clock or security circuit. Doing so may drain or weaken your car's battery over time. Then you'll have the expense of replacing your battery. Additionally, some circuits are monitored by your car's computers. If they detect additional current draw, where there should NOT BE any additional current draw, you'll likely get a dashboard warning notification that you won't be able to reset. In which case you'll end up going to a repair shop to have it resolved... costing you additional money. My best advice is to have it professionally installed. Save yourself time, money, and grief. Today's newer cars are way more sophisticated than most older models ever were. The days of "shade-tree" mechanics are fast fading away.
