HIGH5Zero-Berry

This product was as described, arrived on time in great condition. I wish the company had a multi pack instead of just ordering one at a time, especially for the cost. I use them for when I hike, mountain bike or snowshoe. They're handy to have in the car too.

Great flavour for water in my CamelBak - I have used this biking the Golden Gate Bridge, as well as in DisneyWorld (the kids I traveled with LOVED it - plus it got them hydrated without any sugary nasties), and I use it whenever I use my CamelBak - absolutely recommended.

For now 2 stars.I am an avid road cyclist and also a type 2 diabetic. I like that these have no sugar and are low in potassium. I was sent a sample packet consisting of two berry tabs, one pink grapefruit tab, and one citrus energy gel. I dissolved 1 berry tab into a 25oz bottle then poured half into my ride bottle. Ten miles into my ride I took a swig and few more every 10 minutes or so. I was pleasantly surprised that it did not have an overly sodium taste and the berry flavor was not over the edge either. - it tasted somewhat pleasant. After 20 minutes I felt a low energy boost. Those are the positives. The negative, and what turns me off, is the clammy thick saliva after taste it leaves in my mouth. Perhaps a second bottle filled with water would help wash away the thick saliva. I will update after I try this, the pink grapefruit and also after I try the gel.
