Bought it for myself, absolutely love it. Colors are as deep and bright as it looks in the pictures, if not better. It's cute, it's funky, it's well made and holds up to repeated washings with no sign of trouble at all, and the same can be said for the coaster.The mug's handle is functional as well as pretty. In fact, the whole mug is comfortable to hold in general, and not too heavy or too light, which would make it seem cheap. It's solid, feels good in your hand, and is my new favorite coffee mug.The packaging is cute and features pictures very representative of the quality of the items inside. All in all, if I had received this as a gift, I would have been totally thrilled, and I'm a thirty-six year old woman.The item arrived in a very satisfactory amount of time, and for the price, it is amazing. It'd be amazing for $25 more, and I've seen much less for a lot more than yhat. The sellers sent a message to let me know that they were involved in my order personally, and that if there were any problems I should be sure to contact them, but my only issue is that now I want a whole collection of these mugs!

Absolutely loved this product. I had originally bought this as a birthday gift for one friend, but wound up giving it to a different friend when their birthday came up and I didn’t have a gift ready, and he loved it. I figured the quality might be a little sketchy, but it was actually surprisingly nice, just like the pictures (which I know right? That’s a rarity). I wanted to order another for the friend I originally bought it for, but unfortunately it wasn’t being sold anymore by the retailer at the point I checked back that next week :( but other than that, the item and experience were great!

I've had a pink one for years but it has several chips now and I needed a new one. Purple is my favorite color and it's half the price of the pink octo mug at the moment so why not? The paint job was perfect with no unpainted or flawed areas. The matching trivet is a cute idea that could even double down on top to keep your tea warm longer. The basic differences are this is less 3d than the pink one with less flushed out tentacles and the mug is thinner which makes the opening narrower for pouring into or drinking out of. But the price is right, it's super cute and very unique.

I bought this set as a little surprise thank you gift for my octopus loving niece. The mug is a good size, sturdy, with bright colors. She loved the mug so much that she’s utilizing it for display. The coaster is tile-like and also sturdy with a nice printing. I would recommend this set!

This mug is VERY easy for me to hold, and it’s not at all heavy. It can be difficult for me to find one due to the weakness in my hands and wrists. If it came in different colors I would probably buy them.

This is my favorite mug. It's adorable. I'd love a set in different colors. The ceramic coaster is a bonus.The top is narrow due to the shape of an 🐙 head and I have to rinse immediately or scrub with a brush down inside it due to inner crevices of the tentacles. It's not a problem just a consideration. I left coffee grounds in it once and learned my lesson. I still use it every day.

I got this to give as a Christmas gift and they seem to be enjoying it so far! It's a super fun mug and I'm tempted to get one for myself! I definitely recommend it if you want a fun and funky mug!
