Bought batteries to replace dead ones in a makita. Needed 1834 batteries and thought these would be the ones. They fit and power the drills so job done :) can't say how long they last etc. as haven't run them much yet.

I think they are good value for money, deffinately works out cheaper than buying a new drill.I can reccomend these replacement batteries, just make sure before you buy they fit your particular makita model as theres so many different models.

My husband spends a lot of money on his Makita batteries and when we had the opportunity to try these we jumped at it. They ar ecompatible with many brands (his included) and they charge the same and we had no problems fitting them to his current drill. However, although they are a great backup option they don't seem to have the lasting power his original Makita batteries do. That said these make a great and much cheaper alternative for back up batteries

These arrived earlier today. I immediately placed one of the batteries on charge and left until fully charged. I have been using the drill/driver for around an hour now and it is still working away so my initial fears of them being non Makita batteries have so far been alleviated. Time will tell if they prove to be as durable as the Makita ones though. So far so good!

This item arrived safe and well packaged.These replacement batteries fit my Makita drill just perfectly. They are an exact fit. They provide a decent amount of power, lasting just as long as the OEM part. It is so useful having a couple of spare batteries, extending the amount of time I can use my tools. With these 2 spares, I can now always have 1 working and 2 charging in a cycle so i never go without power.I highly recommend this product.
